Dr Thelma T. Daley Scholarship Application

The Delta Sigma Theta Sorority is offering scholarships as part of its Centennial Celebration in Baltimore-Annapolis.  Awards will be given at the elementary, middle, and high school level, and are open to all Maryland students.
