Anyone seeking to resolve a child care-related concern or issue may contact the ombudsman of the Division of Early Childhood Development, who will provide assistance. The ombudsman is an impartial arbitrator of issues, concerns, and complaints that are not able to be resolved by Office of Child Care licensing staff or by staff in local departments of social services.
