WHAT: The Lights On Afterschool! celebration recognizes the critical importance of quality afterschool programs in the lives of children, their families, and their communities. This event will bring together afterschool programs from across the state to share their unique approach to meeting the needs of students. The afterschool programs being recognized are:

There will be entertainment, community leaders, and educators sharing firsthand what after school programs can offer children.

Lights On Afterschool! is a nationwide event calling attention to the importance of afterschool programs and the resources required to keep the lights on and the doors open.
