Each forum was held in the evening, lasted 90 minutes, and featured presentations by Dr. Lowery, the State Superintendent; Ray Leone, president of MdPTA; and a local school system teacher. There was also an opportunity for questions and answers (approximately 45 minutes).
Due to lack of time, not all questions submitted by the audience were asked and answered during the public format of the forum. However, the following list includes ALL questions that were submitted at the forums, along with the appropriate answer in a concise format. The list begins with the most frequently submitted questions. For example, the most frequently submitted question dealt with gifted and talented students.
