The Achievement for Maryland’s Minority Students (AIMMS) Council and Steering Committee proudly announce the 2007 Excellence in Minority Achievement Awards Dinner and Ceremony. The awards honor and celebrate those who have made outstanding contributions to promote a better understanding of diverse groups, and advance achievement among minority, economically disadvantaged, and disabled students.

There will be a number of awards presented during this year’s dinner and ceremony. Excellence Awards will be presented to students, educators, and community members from across the state who have made significant contributions to promoting better understanding and achievement among diverse groups.
