PUTTING IT TOGETHER -
A HANDBOOK ON PLANNING AND THE MATRIX

MSDE and the AIMMS Steering Committee recently completed a series of conferences to assist educators in addressing student achievement in Maryland. The worksessions centered on "The Matrix" - a tool for gaining perspective on pertinent issues and systemic planning. The handbook Putting It Together provides a summary of key information from the conferences and explores aspects of strategic planning.
