Mrs. Marie Henry is an exceptional high school Math teacher who graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor's Degree in mathematics.  She has been teaching math at Henry Lackey High School since 1982 and has been the department chairperson for the past eleven years.  At one point she held two positions simultaneously-teacher, and math resource teacher for the middle and high school teachers of Charles County.  By writing daily lesson plans and power point presentations on the "web" for new geometry teachers, and creating future access to geometry materials for students and parents on home computers, she has streamlined the approach to teaching.  In addition, she has been honored in three editions of "Who's Who Among America's Teachers".
