Cecil County - Rising Sun High School 

Gail is an advanced placement (AP) teacher with county honors for her students' high pass rates on the AP test. She received the State History Day Teacher of the Year Award while serving a six-year term as District Coordinator for the National History Day Contest. As Social Studies Lead Teacher, she coordinates the government intervention program. Gail writes curriculum, has served on the state committee to establish U.S. History assessment limits, and serves as head coach for varsity field hockey and boys' track and field.
