Lisa was born, raised, and currently resides in Kent County. She received an "AA" degree in Recreation.from Chesapeake College and went on to earn her B.S. in Health and Physical Education degree from West Chester University. She has been teaching elementary physical education for 20 years and has a Masters of Education in Administration and Supervision from Loyola College. She serves as the Lead Teacher for her department and represents her school at various state briefings.
