In her seventh year teaching at Ridgely Elementary School, Lindsey McCormick strives to form bonding relationships with each child in her class. She combines her Bachelors degree in Social Work and her Masters degree in Elementary Education to foster a positive home-school connection. She is dedicated to her class, their families and her community. Her commitment is shown through her leadership of the School Improvement Team and Literacy Committee. She is also active with the Positive Behavior Intervention Strategy Committee and the State Reading Council. Lindsey says, "Inside the schools four walls, I can instill safety, respect, responsibility and excellence for all."
