Overview
Take 15 for the Health of it LogoTake 15 for the Health of It! is a statewide initiative designed to help Maryland families develop strategies for healthy living. The program provides practical tools families can use to help their children develop good eating habits, enjoy physical activity, and talk about sensitive issues such as substance abuse and body image.

Parents, educators, and kids will find resources and fun activities for children from birth through age 18. Materials will be distributed through schools and public libraries and also will be available on the Take 15 website through a multitude of related links. Take 15 and enjoy!
