Accessibility for Individuals with Disabilities

The Maryland State Department of Education is committed to ensuring equivalent access to online platforms and courses, information and communication technology services, and digital content and technologies. These tools are evaluated using the technical standards in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Maryland is required to meet or exceed the guidelines established in WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
