The Multilingual Learners/Title III Office provides technical assistance to local education agencies to ensure that the systems establish, implement, and sustain high-quality language instruction educational programs. Through the programs, multilingual learners, including immigrant children and youth, develop both English language proficiency and meet the same challenging academic standards that all children are expected to meet.
