The new and exciting vision for CTE in Maryland requires each LEA to provide clear, intentional, and demonstrative alignment to the Blueprint, ensuring every student has the opportunity to fully participate in career pathways that align to high-skill, high-wage, and/or in-demand careers, all leading towards the Blueprint’s goal requiring that 45% of high school students earn an industry recognized credential and/or complete the high school level of a registered youth apprenticeship.
The MSDE will provide customer service support to Lead Higher Program Grants applicants regarding the completion of the application. During this session, MSDE personnel will provide an overview of the grant funding, the requirements, and the application process.
