Decision Summary: The ALJ concluded that the student was not denied a FAPE during the 2018-2019 school year. However, the ALJ further determined that the student was denied a FAPE during the 2019-2020 school year. As a result, the ALJ determined that the appropriate remedy was reimbursement to the parent for the cost of the unilateral nonpublic school placement for the 2019-2020 school year.
