Vision

Every Maryland student will master mathematical procedural skills; develop conceptual understandings and the ability to apply those understandings in solving real-world problems at a level needed to fulfill personal goals and become a productive member of a global society.


Mission

Provide leadership, technical assistance, guidance and support to local school systems as they work to continually improve the teaching and learning of mathematics.
